called them and put a stop on entry point . But i cannot believe they cannot fix this kindda problem. soft is still down

everybody calling so cannot get in touch and they are going to tell me we work on the problem. Still waiting but not normal for a big broker like that to have this huge kindda problem. Need a lucky moove now and i will thanks them perhaps

Get the answer when trying to chat online with them. I could not connect the whole week end so problem lasts and so far if cable does not go up i lost a 40K profit.............. why not pick up the phone and try call them. 40k will justify even a long distance call
